Must:
We are looking for a Google DialogFlow CX Developer/Engineer who possesses expertise in Google CCAI and Google DialogFlow. You should have substantial experience in developing voice bots, specifically with Google CCAI and DialogFlow. Experience in creating GenAI-enabled voice bots is necessary. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. While not required, familiarity with GraphQL and API integrations is preferred.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for designing and developing voice bots using Google CCAI and DialogFlow. You will collaborate with our team to implement GenAI technologies into bot functionality and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Clear communication with team members and stakeholders will be crucial to successfully meet project goals.
Description
This is a six-month contract role based at our SKY HQ, located at Western Road, Osterley, Greater London. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work in the office two days a week.
