Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of development experience with RPA platforms Blue Prism and an object-oriented programming language.
- Ability to create new automations and make amendments to existing automations.
- Technical skills and experience necessary for independent realization of tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions.
- Understanding of business processes with the ability to conceptualize them as automated solutions.
- Experience working in an Azure environment.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Understanding of network communication standards (e.g., JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD).
- Experience using tools such as GIT, JIRA, and ServiceNow, and working within the SCRUM/Agile framework.
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, React, or Angular is desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Gov.Notify is beneficial.
- Holds active SC Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Implement, build, test, and deploy Automation Software solutions.
- Identify and communicate the technical implementation requirements.
- Ensure the development of automation solutions is in accordance with coding standards and frameworks.
- Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery.
- Ensure that documentation is created and maintained by the development team.
Description
We are looking for a Blue Prism Developer to join our global IT consultancy delivering digital transformation to a UK government agency. This role is hybrid, primarily remote with occasional travel (approximately once per month) to Bristol. The initial contract duration is 10 months at a rate of £322.50 per day.
