Must:
We are looking for an ideal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant who has recognized Microsoft D365 Certifications and experience in configuring Microsoft Dynamics. You should also have experience in developing solutions using the full capability of the Power Platform, along with familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies. Experience using the SCRUM framework or similar is necessary, as is the ability to communicate effectively, influence, and manage stakeholder expectations. A strong background in requirements gathering and business process mapping is essential, alongside a proven track record of successful implementation of technological solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities
As our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, I will expect you to engage with various business stakeholders within our Digital Community and provide a full end-to-end service. This includes understanding and documenting business requirements using Azure DevOps, designing and developing secure and scalable solutions based on best practices, and creating high-quality functional documentation when applicable. You will engage in the full Sprint lifecycle, including planning, backlog review, and retrospectives, and deliver playback sessions to articulate technical solutions within the Sprint. Ensuring that the solutions deliver expected end-user benefits by liaising with business users is crucial, as is actively engaging with the Test Practice to maintain high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying technical solutions and providing ongoing service through excellent Incident and Problem Management.
