Adoption Software Engineer - Lanarkshire

We are seeking an Adoption Software Engineer to join us at Barclays, working with a global-scale technology platform used by millions of users worldwide. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the adoption of modern software engineering practices and technologies, particularly around authorisation, policy-as-code, and cloud-based deployment. You will work closely with development teams and business stakeholders across the organisation.
