Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a commercial software environment, with a preference for candidates who have previous public sector experience.
- Strong expertise in integration technologies, including REST APIs.
- Ability to design integration solutions that support automation, data flow, and enhance customer experience.
- Knowledge of data protection and GDPR accessibility standards.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with multiple teams, share knowledge, and pursue project goals.
- Capability to identify project enhancements and propose technical solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to design and implement software solutions for a new customer experience platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a high level of functionality is achieved and work proactively to resolve any issues that could affect the project lifecycle.
Description
This is a fixed-term project position with a salary of up to £50,000 and offers hybrid working options. Ideally, you will be located in the Norwich area or be willing to travel on-site as required.
