Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Apache Tomcat and IIS.
- Experience working with Oracle.
- Hands-on proficiency with Windows command line and PowerShell scripting.
- Proven background in application/platform support with hands-on troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a structured environment.
- Eligibility for SC clearance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the SPM system.
- Install, test, and support software installations in production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, bugs, and performance issues.
- Govern and control system usage, ensuring compliance and governance.
- Implement small-scale changes, enhancements, and fixes.
- Ensure ongoing system stability and support continuous improvement.

The purpose of this role is to maintain, support, and improve the SPM platform related to spare parts optimization, planning, and inventory management, ensuring it is stable, secure, and aligned with both business and defense requirements. We will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
