Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
- I expect a strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, or inventory processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
- You should be confident in conducting product demos and client training sessions.
- You must possess the ability to quickly grasp new software systems and explain them simply.
- A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is expected.
*Desirable qualifications include:*
- Experience with WMS / ERP / logistics software.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, product support, or business analysis.
- A basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments.
Responsibilities
- I will have you deliver engaging product demos of our WMS to prospective clients, both in-person and online.
- You will need to understand client requirements and map them to system features.
- Collaborating with the sales team to help convert leads into clients will be part of your role.
- Providing training sessions and onboarding support for new clients post-sale is essential.
- You will prepare demo data, scripts, and configurations before client sessions.
- Gathering client feedback and communicating enhancement requests to the product team will be expected.
- Assisting in creating training materials, user guides, and process documentation will be part of your duties.
- You will support internal testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) of new WMS features.
- Identifying opportunities to improve demo processes and customer experience is also part of the job.
