Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of proven Python Engineering experience, along with expertise in the following frameworks:
- Flask
- Django
- FastAPI
You should be an expert in Python, demonstrating strong coding practices and helping to improve others' code quality. A proven track record (3-5 years) in software engineering, ideally on a product, is essential. You should be familiar with key components of a modern SaaS stack, including:
- API frameworks in Python (Django or Flask)
- Databases and ORM/ODM (e.g., SQLAlchemy or MongoEngine)
- Task brokers and message queues (Celery, AMQP)
- CI/CD and pipelines
- Cloud infrastructure and deployment
- Unit and integration testing (Pytest)
- Version control systems
Additionally, a foundational understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with proficiency in Linux and command-line interface for system administration, is required. Experience with containerized applications orchestration and an awareness of managing multi-tenant infrastructure will also be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take a leading position in the design, development, and optimization of our Python-based intelligent document processing services. Your contributions will advance the capabilities of our SaaS product in document data extraction, classification, and validation. Specific responsibilities include:
- Driving software development of our IDP SaaS product using a modern Python stack and consistently delivering high-quality code every sprint.
- Enhancing our IDP platform in line with the product roadmap, focusing on improving AI-driven document understanding.
- Ensuring best coding practices through robust testing and thorough code reviews within the IDP development lifecycle.
- Collaborating closely with other engineers (AI, front-end, infrastructure) and product teams to deliver cohesive IDP solutions.
- Solving complex technical problems and eliminating performance bottlenecks within IDP services to ensure high reliability for demanding workloads.
- Designing, building, and maintaining core, scalable, and reusable components of our Python-based Intelligent Document Processing pipelines.
