Requirements
Must:
- I require expert proficiency in the Workday Extend platform.
- Extensive experience in designing, estimating, and building custom software applications in Workday Extend is essential.
- A deep understanding of Workday data and security models is crucial.
- I value proven collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Experience with web service technologies (REST and SOAP) is required.
- I am looking for candidates who have demonstrated leadership in delivering complex technology solutions effectively.
- Exceptional consulting skills are necessary to translate business problems into actionable IT software requirements.
- A strong grasp of project methodologies and their role in successful project delivery is needed.
- The ability to manage conflicting demands and perform effectively in complex situations, including negotiation and conflict resolution, is important.
- I expect willingness to travel to customer sites within the region, with minimal out-of-region travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the implementation of programming best practices, focusing on scalability, automation, and optimization of Workday Extend applications, including Orchestrate.
- I will develop and implement a minimum of four robust Workday Extend applications tailored to meet business needs.
- Collaboration with business teams is key for me to deliver practical solutions that drive results.
- I will ensure adherence to information security policies and practices for all integrations.
- Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders is essential to bridge the gap between IT and business.
- I will integrate Workday with Outlook APIs to enhance workflow automation and data synchronization.
- Utilizing large language models (LLMs) to summarize chat interactions and boost communication efficiency is part of my role.
