Requirements
Must:
We are looking for individuals with proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, including C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and Visual Basic. A solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and IIS is essential. Experience with SQL and SQL Server Management Studio is necessary, along with familiarity with development tools like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Azure Application Insights. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, allowing effective engagement with all levels. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement are key qualities we desire. You should have a proven ability to analyze and resolve issues for operational efficiency and be self-motivated with strong organizational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As an IT Developer, I will have you at the forefront of exciting development projects, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your contributions will shape architectural decisions and drive technology roadmaps. Key responsibilities will include collaborating to enhance IT platforms to securely and reliably meet business needs, participating in IT projects guided by senior staff, and assisting the IT Manager in managing the Iomart environment to ensure optimal website and SQL service performance. You will maintain and update documentation post-project completions or configuration changes, communicate technical issues to relevant stakeholders, and work closely with business analysts, developers, and underwriting teams to align IT solutions with business requirements. Additionally, you will ensure timely communication of system updates and issues, monitor and resolve Assist/TCAS Jira tickets promptly while adhering to service level agreements, and follow industry best practices in development, testing, and deployment processes.
