We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager with at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully leading complex digital projects. You should have a deep understanding of digital technologies—including cloud computing, AI, machine learning, IoT, data analytics, and automation. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will allow you to interpret data and make data-driven decisions effectively. Excellent project management skills, along with experience in various methodologies, are essential, as is the ability to engage and inspire a team. We value exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to address concerns at all levels throughout the project. Proven experience in change management and organizational development is also required, along with a strategic mindset that can foresee future trends and identify competitive advantages. A member-centric approach focused on enhancing user experience is essential.
Responsibilities
As our Digital Transformation Manager, you will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and assessment of our digital transformation project from its current state through to future iterations, ensuring it maximizes its potential. You'll review and redefine project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, guaranteeing timely and budget-compliant delivery. Monitoring project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports to the CEO will be vital. You will ensure the successful adoption of new digital technologies, processes, and systems across the organization, while addressing concerns and fostering a culture of digital literacy and continuous learning through training programs. Engaging stakeholders at all levels, maintaining strong relationships, and providing a holistic view of the customer experience will be key aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for creating efficiencies in existing business processes and driving innovation through the exploration of new tools and methodologies. Moreover, identifying and mitigating risks related to digital initiatives while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations will be part of your responsibilities.

With over 600 member schools across the UK and beyond, we are committed to excellence in our fields. This is a part-time (22.5 hours per week) temporary position on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. You will be part of a small, dedicated team under the leadership of our new CEO, who is eager to drive our next stage of sustainable growth. Benefits include pro rata 28 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, and a matched contribution company pension of up to 5%.
