Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess knowledge and demonstrable experience in implementing or upgrading Unit4 ERP / Agresso in either the public or private sectors. We are open to considering support consultants who are seeking the next step in their career and have some implementation experience. Additionally, familiarity with Unit4 ERP / Agresso modules such as Finance, Logistics, and PCB is essential. Experience with ERPx would be a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities, are vital for this role. We value soft skills, training in consultancy, and commercial awareness. Candidates should be comfortable with a remote-based role but should also be prepared for occasional travel to customer sites as required. Please note that previous experience with Unit4 ERP / Agresso is mandatory, and we cannot consider experience with other ERP or finance systems.
Responsibilities
As a Unit4 ERP / Agresso Implementation Consultant, you will work with our customers through all stages of the implementation process, which includes system design, implementation, configuration, application consultancy, and training. Your key responsibilities will involve participating in client workshops related to their system design (Finance, Logistics, or PCB), analyzing requirements and proposed business processes, and translating these into a documented solution design. You will provide expertise in business sector and application design, ensuring that solutions remain within the agreed requirements of the project. If you identify any potential scope creep, you will raise this with the nominated project manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of configured and tested systems, ensuring that the implemented solution adheres to the specified design.
