Technical Lead / IT Cloud Consultant

We are looking for candidates with industry experience in a relevant role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment. You should possess demonstrable technical skills and certifications in Microsoft Cloud Technologies. We value articulate and professional individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation, ensuring that client needs are always at the forefront. Outstanding oral and written communication skills are essential for generating client proposals and reports, as well as simplifying technical information for diverse audiences. You should be able to multi-task and maintain a proactive and organized approach to exceed client expectations. A confident demeanor, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and competency in accurately maintaining CRM software (we use MS Dynamics and Power Apps) are also required. A desire to work collaboratively as part of a team and make a valuable contribution to the business is essential.
