Must:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with multiple years of experience in user-focused front-end development for enterprise products. You should have a strong command of React, including JSX, components, state management, and routing, along with experience in popular React libraries and frameworks and the front-end build toolchain (Webpack, Babel, etc.). It is essential that you possess deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, SCSS, Tailwind, Material UI, and CSS3, along with a working knowledge of WCAG and accessibility best practices. The ideal candidate enjoys building reusable UI components, values clean code architecture, and has experience working with design systems. You should be meticulous with a keen eye for detail, thrive in a collaborative environment, and understand UX principles and practices. Furthermore, strong communication and collaboration skills are required, with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. A passion for UX and a desire to positively impact the user experience are crucial.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly web applications using React and related technologies. You will build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use, collaborating with designers to translate design mock-ups and wireframes into clean, maintainable React code. Optimizing components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers will be a key part of your responsibility. You will write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript code while prioritizing performance optimization. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with designers and back-end engineers to ensure a seamless user experience, implement a test-driven development approach to maintain code quality, stay up to date with the latest trends in the React ecosystem, and continuously seek opportunities to improve user interfaces. Leading conversations on the best features and functionality to enhance user journeys, you'll build strong relationships across teams, troubleshoot bugs identified during development, and actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
