Responsibilities
As a Technical Business Analyst, my key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing, evaluating, enhancing, and documenting business processes, systems, and requirements to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Ensuring that technical solutions deliver measurable business value by defining success metrics, tracking performance, and optimizing return on investment.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital solutions.
- Developing and presenting business cases for new initiatives and projects.
- Working closely with IT and Transformation teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on key metrics and deliverables.
- Supporting the technical configuration of products.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and business analysis.
Description
We are offering a competitive salary range of £35,646 to £39,469 per annum for this role, which is a two-year fixed-term contract. The position requires a commitment of 37 hours per week, following a hybrid working pattern of 50% office-based and 50% home working.
