Requirements
Must:
- Experience of working with customers.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to utilize different analysis techniques such as sentiment analysis and key driver analysis, and interpret data, particularly through Power BI reports.
- Understanding of research methods, such as customer effort and NPS, along with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels.
- Strong listening skills and the capacity to clarify and communicate customer experiences, as well as suggest service improvements based on findings.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of research projects from the early scoping stage through to reporting, communicating findings, and making recommendations as appropriate.
- Champion all customer insight work, focusing on research and analytics.
- Utilize data analytics skills to integrate various data sources to create a comprehensive customer feedback picture and recommend service improvements.
- Collaborate with all business functions to ensure effective collection and application of feedback in an outcome-based manner.
- Apply research findings within the organization to inform evidence-based decision-making and articulate the narrative of customer experience.
Description
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Research and Insight Analyst to join our team in Bedford with hybrid working options. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £38,157 per annum, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible within business needs).
