Technical Lead Integration Team

Our cutting-edge HRIS platform simplifies various processes ranging from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and performance management. After achieving 25% growth last year, we are excited to expand our team. As an Integrations Technical Lead / Senior Integration Engineer, you will lead a small team of engineers in delivering bespoke third-party integrations for our HR and Payroll customers. In this customer-facing role, you will help clients understand and scope their requirements, while also coaching and supporting software engineers through the design, development, and testing of robust and maintainable solutions. This position is remote-first but requires a UK-based presence for essential company events, with quarterly travel to London or Glasgow for team meetings, and satellite events every six months for whole-company gatherings.
