Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a consumer/customer data background and all-around experience in engineering, business intelligence (BI), and analytics. It is preferable that you have previously worked within a B2C/customer-centric data environment. You should possess strong experience in cloud architecture, data engineering, data governance, and BI tooling (such as Power BI and Omni). Additionally, strong stakeholder engagement skills at a senior level are essential. A hands-on approach to details is a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the commercial data strategy for our high-profile organization and oversee a multidisciplinary data team. You will manage the full fan data lifecycle from third-party acquisition to activation in both digital and physical environments. Your key tasks will include leading the development of a centralized data platform (Google Cloud Platform), enhancing the Customer Data Platform (Twilio Segment), and driving insight-led decision-making across the business. You will also play a crucial role in embedding predictive models, such as customer lifetime value (CLV) and propensity scoring, into our core systems and processes.
