Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Build and create reports in Manhattan SCI.
- Extract and present key insights to members of the logistics team.
- Monitor key KPIs, highlighting issues, and investigating root causes when they fall below target.
- Transition manual reports to automated versions.
- Combine data from multiple sources to review and ensure processes are followed.
- Train users in the use of the reports.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on insights.
- Ensure best practices are implemented and maintained.
