Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with 8-10 years of experience in performance testing enterprise systems. You should have significant leadership experience in quality and performance engineering. We require hands-on expertise with tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, K6, Kibana, and CloudFlare. Additionally, experience with modern DevOps and infrastructure-as-code tooling is important. You should also possess skills in replica environment design, non-functional requirement (NFR) elicitation, and performance tuning. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technically are essential.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Performance Tester, you will define and deliver our performance testing strategy, which includes load, stress, and soak testing. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing performance test environments. Leading performance testing initiatives across APIs, web applications, and databases will be a key part of your role. You will provide insights on risks, bottlenecks, and tuning opportunities, and guide and mentor teams while driving best practices and advocating for a shift-left approach.
