Pega Architect

In this role, I will be responsible for the strategic design and architecture of decisioning strategies, where I’ll architect and establish the framework utilizing Pega CDH. I will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and data scientists to translate customer engagement goals and business requirements into effective decisioning frameworks. This includes defining and implementing engagement policies, arbitration rules, and predictive models to optimize customer interactions. I will also handle the hands-on configuration and implementation aspects, taking charge of the end-to-end build, unit testing, and deployment of Pega decisioning artifacts. I will implement and configure rules within the Next-Best-Action Designer, work with Pega's Adaptive Decision Manager and Prediction Studio to create and optimize adaptive and predictive models, and develop data flows and sets to support decisioning and reporting. Performance tuning and troubleshooting of the NBA framework will also be part of my responsibilities. As a leader, I will provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and architecture standards. I will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, conduct code and design reviews, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the decisioning framework.
