Responsibilities

As either a Senior ready for more ownership or a Principal keen to lead technically, you will design, build, and scale distributed microservices using C# / .NET on AWS. You will deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance APIs that support critical global workflows. Additionally, you will help shape engineering practices, define architectural patterns, and embed quality from the ground up. Guiding and mentoring other engineers while fostering continuous improvement and technical growth will be key components of your role. You will also contribute to shared platform services such as tenancy management, notifications, monitoring, and access control.

Description

This opportunity stands out as it allows you to be part of a high-investment program modernizing a global technology platform. You will build cloud-native applications that serve tens of thousands of users across 100+ countries and work in an agile, DevOps-first environment with real autonomy and purpose. You will tackle complex engineering challenges using modern tools, scalable architecture, and continuous delivery while collaborating with a passionate team of engineers, architects, and product leaders driving real-world impact. In addition to the core requirements, experience in frontend development (especially with Angular), familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, or Datadog, and experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments would be beneficial, though I support learning in these areas. You'll be at the forefront of a massive platform transformation with the freedom to innovate, enjoy a hybrid working model, flexible hours, and a people-first culture. Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package that includes private healthcare, 25 days holiday, pension, and a gym subsidy, there is a clear path for technical progression and dedicated time for personal development. If you're ready to build technology that reaches around the world and makes it better, I encourage you to apply now and play a leading role in our global transformation journey driven by purpose, scale, and smart engineering.
