Requirements
Must:
- I seek a candidate with experience in Microsoft SQL Server, specifically in writing complex queries and stored procedures.
- While experience in .NET is advantageous, it is not essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
- I require a teammate who is enthusiastic about being in the office 5 days a week to collaborate with others.
Responsibilities
- You will work alongside a team of Software and SQL Developers to manage and further develop various in-house platforms and tools.
- Your main focus will be on creating, executing, and maintaining stored procedures.
- You will actively participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, which may include reducing waste, enhancing customer experience, or streamlining internal processes.
- You will play a key role in driving new projects forward within our culture of continuous improvement.
Description
We are a well-established business in Melksham that prides itself on a collaborative culture, where you will see the impact of your work every single day. It is essential that you live within a commutable distance of Melksham. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000 depending on your level of experience, along with an annual salary review, pension contributions (5% employee and 3% employer), 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and a "bonus week" that can be taken as additional leave or exchanged for extra pay. Please note that this role is for UK residents only and does not offer sponsorship; you must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions. Additionally, some roles may be subject to successful background checks.
