Requirements
Must:
- I require in-depth experience with Workday Extend and a strong grasp of Workday's data and security structures.
- You should have a demonstrable background in creating scalable, high-performing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- I expect you to have the ability to lead technical solutions from concept through to delivery, independently or as part of a team.
- You must be a skilled communicator, comfortable translating technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Experience integrating Workday with external platforms (e.g., Outlook) and applying AI models to improve efficiency is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the confidence to handle competing priorities are a must.
Responsibilities
- I need you to lead the technical development of custom Workday Extend solutions, including orchestration and integration with other enterprise tools.
- You will design and deploy at least four Workday Extend applications tailored to complex business requirements.
- Enhancing workflow automation through integration with Outlook APIs will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will apply natural language processing (LLMs) to optimize communication and summarize interactions.
- Collaboration with business and technical teams to translate needs into effective, secure technical solutions will be essential.
- Ensuring all outputs align with internal standards and security frameworks is a key part of your role.
