We are seeking an IT Support Team Leader who has experience managing a team of 10-12 people, preferably in a helpdesk, service desk, or call center environment. You should feel confident in delivering excellent customer service and engaging with clients both over the phone and via email. A keen interest in IT or experience leading a helpdesk team is essential.
Responsibilities
As the IT Support Team Leader, I will expect you to oversee a team of 10-12 colleagues within a busy helpdesk environment. You will help your team resolve incidents and requests received through our ticket system, phone, or email. Regular one-on-ones and coaching plans will be part of your role, along with conducting performance reviews. You will also be the main point of contact for the customers you support, ensuring consistent communication and assisting your team in meeting all service level agreements. This position requires you to work Monday to Friday in 8.5-hour shifts, scheduled between 7 AM and 9 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
