Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Strategic Projects analysis or improvement-related role.
- I need someone with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with project management tools and improvement frameworks is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are vital.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to analyze business and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- You will develop clear, insightful reports and dashboards to support data-informed decision-making.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of business improvement projects and track project milestones, highlighting risks and contributing to issue resolution.
- Work closely with teams across departments and external partners while preparing and presenting updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
- Support the implementation of new tools, systems, or procedures to improve overall performance.
- Provide analytical input into strategic initiatives and long-term planning, translating data into actionable insights that support our business goals.
- Assist with cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for key projects and initiatives.
- Help identify potential risks and support mitigation planning across business functions.
