Requirements
Must:
- Extensive CRM Test experience in at least one ERP, ideally SAP.
- Familiarity with other testing tools and methodologies to supplement automation efforts.
- Experience with popular test management tools, such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.
- Proven track record of end-to-end testing for CX implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Experience defining test plans, risk assessments, traceability matrices, and exit criteria.
- Demonstrated ability to lead test teams through all phases of the testing lifecycle.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop junior testers.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
- Experience integrating automated suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Proficient in Integration & API Testing, with tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Experience validating middleware and data flows (e.g., SAP CPI, PI/PO).
- Strong SQL skills for data validation & ETL testing, back-end verification, and data reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) tools (e.g., Cucumber).
- Exposure to performance & security testing (desirable), including performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and basic understanding of security testing concepts (authentication, authorization, data privacy).
Responsibilities
As the CRM Test Lead, I will own and elevate quality assurance across our CRM platform. I will define and execute test strategies, leading the end-to-end validation of implementations, integrations, and updates. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I will work to deliver reliable, best-in-class CRM solutions. I will leverage my deep technical expertise, robust automation frameworks, and strong leadership skills to ensure the highest standards of quality assurance for the CRM platform, powered by SAP CX suite and Annex Cloud Loyalty platform.
Description
This position is based in London, and it requires an onsite presence three days a week. As a key member of the IT - Testing department, I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM Test Lead who is passionate about quality assurance and eager to make a significant impact on our CRM initiatives.
