Requirements
Must:
- A proven track record in IT support and administration of IT systems
- Fluent with a comprehensive knowledge of Networking principles
- Proficient with experience in cloud platforms
- Able to work with file servers, backup solutions, and active directory
- Expected to hold certifications in IT and IT Support
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of call for problems as the Subject Matter Expert for all IT related issues
- Plan and implement the sites IT and telephone systems
- Plan, implement, and commission any IT related projects for the business
- Ensure that all hardware, software, and network systems function effectively
- Identify faults and issues, then work on solutions to resolve them
- Check finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain all documentation, including contracts and licenses
