We are seeking candidates with proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions, including necessary customizations and configurations. A strong understanding of supply chain processes is essential. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. We also require flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills are important, as well as the capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A minimum of 2 years' experience with ERP, CRM, WMS, or TMS systems is required, along with familiarity with healthcare and logistics industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
As an IT Solution Specialist, your mission will be to design, implement, and support cutting-edge IT solutions that transform our supply chain processes. You will be responsible for:
- Designing comprehensive supply chain solutions and frameworks from end to end to solve business problems confidently.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and international colleagues, to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Configuring and customizing applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring consistency with client requirements and integrating solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
- Defining test scenarios, conducting validations, and ensuring that solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate users and drive adoption of new technologies, as well as providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies, recommending and implementing process improvements and technological enhancements to boost productivity and efficiency.
Description
We prefer candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies. Knowledge of test management, non-functional testing, and automated testing practices is desirable, as well as experience with cloud technologies. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform) would be an advantage. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is also beneficial. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to tailor their communication and processes to fit our organizational culture. This role does not include any specific additional duties outside the standard responsibilities listed.
