Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a strong background in software development and team leadership.
- I require knowledge of DORA metrics (or similar) and experience with clean code, SOLID principles, and scalable systems.
- I need the ability to assess code quality and drive best practices.
- A hands-on understanding of DevOps and modern delivery pipelines is essential.
- Excellent communication and people management skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to lead and mentor a section of the engineering team consisting of approximately 15 developers.
- You will set and manage performance goals, metrics, and development plans.
- You will oversee code quality, DevOps standards, and system design.
- You will support hiring, onboarding, and team engagement.
- I want you to foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
Description
