ICT Senior Technical Engineer

We require you to have relevant qualification(s) in Information Technology or substantial experience in pertinent areas of Information Technology. You should possess proven experience in administration and troubleshooting within an IT enterprise systems infrastructure, as well as a solid knowledge of server operating systems, particularly Microsoft Windows. Experience with Active Directory Services, including Group Policy, DNS, and DFS is essential. Additionally, we ask that you demonstrate experience in administrating ONE (or more) of the following technologies: - Enterprise Systems Monitoring (especially Microsoft Systems Centre Operations Manager or Azure Monitor) - Storage Area Networks (especially NetApp) - Cloud Computing (especially Microsoft Azure) - HP Server hardware support - Virtualisation Technologies (especially VMware or Citrix) - Enterprise Unified Communications (especially Microsoft Exchange, Exchange On-Line, Microsoft Teams) - Device Management Systems (especially Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager/Intune) - Datacentre Management (including Power Management, Air Conditioning, Security, Networking, Racking, etc.) - Enterprise Security You should also provide evidence of experience in configuring ONE (or more) of the following: - Systems Management - Systems Datacentre - Systems Server - Systems Storage - Systems Virtualisation - Systems Internet-Extranet Perimeter and Gateways - Systems AD Enterprise Services - Systems Unified Communications - Systems Security
