We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. As a candidate for this role, you should possess the necessary qualifications and experience to help us build the next generation of data analysis tools and infrastructure for our Award-Winning Accident Repair Network. You will need a strong background in software development, particularly with the Microsoft stack, and experience working in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
As a Software Developer at Solus, you will play a key role in developing our in-house software, Evolve, which is hosted in a cloud environment. You will collaborate closely with both our internal development team and our partner organization's development team. Your focus will be on improving the efficiency and capabilities of Solus by developing new products and features end to end. Additionally, you will build strong working relationships with relevant third-party suppliers or partners to maximize business outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include working across a wide range of technologies, including web, mobile apps, APIs, backend, and databases hosted within Azure. You will strive to remove delivery impediments by aligning with the Product Owner and adhering to established policies and guidelines while modeling agile values, principles, and approaches. Providing technical guidance on Evolve's design and ensuring that the system's UI/UX meets requirements will be essential to your role. We encourage you to seek exposure to insurers and other industries, sharing your learnings through attendance at key industry events and forums.
