Business Readiness Specialist, Stirling, Hybrid

- Ensure the accuracy of project deliverables to meet stakeholder needs, legislation, and standards, ultimately enabling good customer outcomes - Understand and develop project aims and scope as a subject matter expert in collaboration with the Business Analyst and Project Manager - Liaise with Coaches and Quality Assurance teams to ensure projects meet operational requirements - Design communication and training materials from an agent perspective to support the adoption of change - Manage delivery documentation, including Action Logs, Timelines, and Risk Management - Advocate for customers and colleagues to ensure changes are implemented for the right reasons - Design and manage testing of new systems, processes, and applications to confirm their fitness for purpose - Approve remediation work and correspondence to customers/schemes - Assist in the development of Q&A documents to support event mailings - Ensure that changes successfully create positive customer outcomes and do not cause any harm
