Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing Azure and M365 Cloud Platforms.
- Expertise in networking and cloud solutions, including AVD Virtualization and M365 Collaboration.
- Familiarity with tech operational solutions such as Intune, Defender, AVD, and Purview.
- Strong skills in Identity and Access Management.
- Ability to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our systems.
- Take a hands-on approach to automation and lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee our enterprise application stack including M365, Azure, Atlassian, Telephony, and IT Service tools.
- Implement and manage monitoring tools for troubleshooting and incident response, including investigating and resolving issues as they arise.
- Implement security measures and maintain documentation for systems and procedures.
- Support the implementation of Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Provide technical configuration guidance on cybersecurity controls.
- Act as a senior escalation point and manage our digital workplace tech stack daily.
