Requirements
Must:

- Proven experience as a Web Developer, Front-End Developer, or Full-Stack Developer
- Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role
- Demonstrable portfolio of websites or web applications
- Experience working with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development
- Experience with API integration, version control, and modern development workflows
- Able to travel to the office in Cheadle
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites and web applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with organisational standards
- Manage the full development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation of digital products
- Ensure website performance, reliability, and responsiveness, proactively identifying and resolving bugs, errors, or performance bottlenecks
- Implement and maintain web security best practices, protecting digital assets and safeguarding data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as UX/UI design, marketing, content, and IT, to deliver cohesive and effective digital experiences
- Provide technical guidance and support, assisting stakeholders with web-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and advising on best practices
