Requirements
Must:
- I require solid experience in testing omnichannel platforms and their integration points, including all levels of System and Integration Testing.
- Experience with a Genesys omnichannel solution and CRM platforms like Siebel CRM is essential.
- A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the practices of a tester in this environment is crucial.
- I expect proficiency in test design and execution, particularly in creating and designing test scenarios, cases, scripts, plans, and reports.
- Experience in test automation, including developing and implementing test frameworks and using automation tools such as Tosca, is necessary.
- I seek excellent analytical skills, with an ability to identify, analyze, and debug issues while working closely with developers and business analysts to find resolutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effectively communicating test status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, as well as presenting complex information to varied audiences.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to perform testing activities within a Scrum/Project team, acting as the quality gatekeeper for our contact centre omnichannel platform and its integration points.
- Collaboration with business analysts, developers, and other testers to create acceptance criteria and test approaches will be a key responsibility.
- Participation in the agile Scrum process and rituals, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives, will be required.
- You will need to create and maintain the automation test suite, and where automation is not possible, ensure that manual testing is documented.
- I expect you to define, create, and run tests to critique our enterprise applications, including aspects such as load, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Presenting feedback, both written and verbal, to product and development teams regarding test outcomes will also be part of your role.
Description
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 and provide a hybrid working environment based in Manchester, where you will be required in the office twice a month.
