Requirements

Must:
We are looking for candidates with experience working with Microsoft Azure services and enterprise systems. A good understanding of system integration, APIs, and data governance is essential. Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines is desirable. You should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, have a collaborative mindset, and be eager to learn and grow. Desirable qualifications include experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM tools, and relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the design and management of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, networking, and identity management. You will assist with the integration and maintenance of enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, help implement automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell or Python, and collaborate with teams to understand business needs and deliver practical, scalable solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements, while working with ITSM tools and following ITIL-aligned processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
