- Experience in resolving customer issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and software releases effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Desirable: Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience working in a small business or startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand client businesses and the challenges they face.
- Collaborate with the CTO to align the product roadmap with business goals and client needs.
- Ensure development efforts deliver measurable value and support product growth.
- Decide on release content and timelines, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met.
- Translate requirements into actionable features and work closely with the engineering team.
- Prioritise the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes.
- Use data and client feedback to refine the product and improve user experience.
- Maintain clear documentation for features, releases, and issue resolutions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, coordinating with engineering to resolve them.
