Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in software configuration and system optimisation. You should have experience with fraud detection, risk management, security analytics, or CCTV platforms. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical systems, including the ability to read and interpret software logs, is essential. We appreciate individuals who can research and propose alternative solutions, potentially using external products or leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini. Practical experience in technical services, system configuration, or a related field is crucial. Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles with a focus on problem-solving and technical sales support is required, along with a successful track record in client relationship management. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are a must, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You should be able to work independently and manage multiple customer projects while maintaining a detail-oriented approach. Adaptability to evolving technology and customer requirements is key, as is the ability to understand complex customer issues and translate them into practical software configurations.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include configuring and deploying software tailored to customer needs. You will optimise system performance and troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and designing effective solutions. You will also deliver training and create e-learning modules for end-users. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and providing ongoing support will be essential aspects of your role.
Description
While a technical degree is preferred, we prioritize practical experience and problem-solving skills over specific degrees. Familiarity with database search criteria, including reading basic SQL or building and modifying simple queries, is desirable. Experience in training development and delivery will be beneficial. A background in enterprise-level application deployment and in retail loss prevention, security systems, or fraud detection is preferred.
