Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in 2nd/3rd line roles, preferably within large enterprises. You should possess strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Intune (iOS/Windows), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager OSD, and securing Windows 11 operating systems. Proficiency in designing and implementing Autopilot and Entra Conditional Access Configuration is essential. Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting and hybrid client configuration & troubleshooting are also required. Additionally, experience with Windows 365, Windows Hello/password-less deployments, Citrix Virtual Apps, and Desktop (VDI) is desirable. Holding a modern workplace Microsoft certification or equivalent experience would be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the Infrastructure Solutions Manager and collaborate within a skilled IT team focused on the design and delivery of Modern Workplace solutions. You will engage in the design, implementation, and documentation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and security standards. Your tasks will include gathering and documenting requirements to identify suitable solutions that meet both present and future functional and non-functional requirements. Furthermore, you will implement and test technical solutions, provide level 3 support, and drive technical leadership within the team. I expect you to utilize your expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Windows 11 security technologies to deliver high-quality IT services.
