Must:
I am looking for someone with experience in a similar role, strong expertise with Windows Server and M365, proficiency in networking and monitoring tools, and excellent troubleshooting skills combined with a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, I will expect you to manage and resolve support tickets across teams, administer Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and network components. You will also need to maintain Active Directory, SQL Servers, and telephony systems, implement cybersecurity best practices and disaster recovery plans, and collaborate with internal developers and external IT partners.
