Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in an EUC or Desktop Support Engineer role. You should have a strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF) is essential, as well as familiarity with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and remote access technologies. Scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell, are preferred for automation and configuration tasks. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are a must, and ITIL awareness or certification will be a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Senior EUC Engineer, you will provide escalated support for all EUC-related incidents and service requests. Your duties will include managing and maintaining desktop, laptop, mobile, and virtual desktop environments (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon). You will deploy and manage Windows OS images, software packaging, and patch management using tools like SCCM, Intune, or Autopilot. Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services, such as Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, will be part of your role. Collaboration with the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues is key, along with contributing to EUC projects like device refreshes, migrations, and new technology rollouts. Ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices in device management, as well as documenting processes, procedures, and technical configurations, will also be your responsibility.
