Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are desirable
Responsibilities
- I will lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- I will coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- I will identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- I will collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and priorities.
- I will track and report on sprint progress and team performance.
- I will promote Agile best practices across the organization.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery across digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. This is a contract position based in the Midlands, starting ASAP, for a duration of 6 months, and the rate is outside IR35.
