Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial experience across Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE
- Solid hands-on skills with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Azure services, JavaScript/C#
- Confident in designing Dataverse structures, plugins, custom APIs, and lifecycle management
- Strong integration know-how with enterprise systems using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus
- Agile mindset with experience in DevOps environments
- Stellar communicator, especially when translating tech insight to non-tech audiences
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and build powerful apps and web portals using Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven) and Power Pages
- Automate processes with Power Automate and integrate across ecosystems (Azure, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint)
- Shape architecture standards and become the go-to expert on coding practices, security, and governance
- Bridge tech and business by working directly with stakeholders to turn requirements into sleek, scalable solutions
- Mentor fellow developers and champion continuous improvement and innovation
