Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in PHP development
- Familiarity with the TALL stack: Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire
- Experience with the LAMP stack
- Proficiency in PHP Unit and feature testing
- Knowledge of AWS (Linux server & MySQL administration)
- Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a product that is transforming operations and set to be commercialized
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to build a fully custom web and mobile platform
- Contribute to job scheduling, payroll, CRM, HR, and compliance features
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure your work is seen, used, and valued
- Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where you can shape the future of the platform
