- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
Responsibilities
- Wiring and testing of control systems.
- PLC preparation and remote system configuration.
- In-house commissioning and proactive issue prevention.
- Technical support for engineers and service teams.
- Quality control of systems prior to dispatch.
- Writing technical reports and communicating site conditions.
- Monthly reporting on product performance.
- Managing remote access and firmware updates.
- Understanding communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet).
- CRM data entry (Salesforce).
