Lead Solution Architect

In this role, I will guide you through key responsibilities, including: - Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across various business and technical areas. - Proactively identifying opportunities for organizational improvement and supporting multiple architecture initiatives. - Developing and implementing best practices for solution architecture to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Defining the solution architecture and design for prioritized initiatives, in line with our principles, policies, and standards. - Shaping initiatives during product discovery to ensure that solutions are implemented according to approved designs. - Maintaining architecture roadmaps, guardrails, and playbooks while assisting in refining digital, data, and technology target and interim state architecture blueprints. - Supporting operational efficiencies and cost savings through business alignment, proactive application portfolio management, and reuse. - Fostering clear communication and effective collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Assisting in managing issues, mitigating risks, and resolving emerging and recurring problems. - Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborating with relevant teams for implementation.
