Requirements
Must:
- You should have experience as a key player in delivering technical solutions within large projects.
- A strong background with modern delivery models such as Scrum and other Agile methodologies is essential.
- You must be experienced in working with a Microsoft Azure cloud-first team and familiar with Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in writing Unit Tests with tools such as MS Test and a solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles is required.
- You need to have experience working with RESTful web services.
- A strong grasp of React, along with experience in Next.js, is crucial.
- You should possess an excellent understanding of Node.js.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles is important.
- A deep understanding of architectural principles, such as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices is necessary.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the design, coding, testing, and documentation of small to large-scale applications and solutions in a cloud-first environment.
- Building web-based front-end interfaces that interact with RESTful APIs using React, Next.js, and other web technologies will be part of your role.
- You'll work closely with test engineers to ensure a common understanding of the acceptance criteria, code base, and test coverage.
- It's your task to implement toolkits and APIs aimed at integration, performance optimization, security, and scalability.
- You will proactively investigate problems and opportunities within existing processes, evaluating findings and making recommendations to stakeholders.
- Managing issues, incidents, risks, and problems in accordance with IPO standards will be expected.
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver highly user-focused and successful digital services while ensuring adherence to governance standards.
- You'll need to keep an open mind and explore innovative ways to solve problems, working in a fail-fast manner to provide the required functionality.
