We are looking for candidates who have a good understanding of C# and SQL Server. You should possess a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to debugging. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will investigate and resolve software issues that have been escalated from our first-line support team. You will review code to identify bugs and implement fixes. Additionally, you'll communicate directly with customers when deeper qualification is needed and collaborate with your team and the wider development group to ensure high-quality solutions.

The salary for this position is £30,000 per annum, along with benefits including 25 days of holiday, an annual salary review, remote working flexibility, free on-site parking, and access to an on-site gym with showers.
