- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, and other core IT solutions - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to design and implement comprehensive training programs - Familiarity with digital learning technologies and software features

Responsibilities

- Conduct IT Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps and development requirements - Design and develop training programmes, materials, and documentation for various software and systems - Collaborate with IT and HR colleagues to align training content with organisational objectives - Deliver training sessions using various methods such as in-person sessions, team exercises, one-to-one coaching, and virtual webinars - Cover topics including Microsoft Office 365 suite, Dynamics 365 CRM, data management principles, UK GDPR, and cyber security best practices - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions using feedback surveys and assessments - Manage training metrics reporting and maintain accurate training records
